HUMAN CENTERED Design

Full Stack Development

UX & Human-centered design is a problem-solving technique that puts real people at the center of the development process, enabling you to create products and services that resonate and are tailored to your audience’s needs.

The goal is to keep users’ wants, pain points, and preferences front of mind during every phase of the process. In turn, you’ll build more intuitive, accessible products that are likely to turn a higher profit because your customers have already vetted the solution and feel more invested in using it.

A redesign of a website, for example, involves a complete reworking, i.e. in addition to the design, the structure and content of the pages are also fundamentally revised. The aim is to improve the user’s acceptance of the website and to increase its success in the long term – also in terms of user needs.

Our Design & Development Process

“How do you engineer solutions?” This is a question commonly faced, so our points are published below in a simple, easy-to-understand overview that is easy to apply.

Strategy & Roadmap.

Like usability engineering and UX design, agile software development aims to develop a product that is as well aligned as possible with the needs of customers or users. This similarity of goals suggests the combination of usability methods with agile processes and is advantageous when developing software. The selected strategy and roadmap are always kept in focus.

Visual & UX Design

Another combination of usability with agile methods is to integrate a UX expert directly with the developers in a team during the development process. In this case, a product vision and technical prototypes are first developed together. Finally, the specification of the product is created iteratively and incrementally with the help of low-fidelity prototypes and evaluated with users. Then the implementation takes place in close collaboration with the UX experts.

An alternative option is to divide product or software development into two phases: a product discovery phase and a product execution phase. In the product discovery phase, an iterative approach is used to identify an ideal minimum product. The discovery phase involves a three-person team consisting of product owner, UX expert and developer. The product is implemented in the form of a high-fidelity prototype, which is used for communication within the team and with stakeholders on the one hand, and is evaluated and iteratively developed further in short usability tests on the other.

Agile Development

Once this minimum useful product has been identified, the prototype is transferred to a product backlog and then to product execution, where it is implemented using agile methods such as Scrum. However, it is important that nothing is changed in the concept and prototype so that implementation can proceed unhindered. If the software is on target, it is further developed and deployed in production or goes through another concept and/or prototype of iteration.

Launch, Monitor & EXPAND

While the final product is being implemented in Product Execution, the team of product owner, UX expert, and developer can move back to the next iteration of Product Discovery, where new ideas for enhancing the product can be developed. In addition to continuous integration and deployment, this enables product innovation and the creation of development work in a modular, maximally goal-oriented and cost-minimized approach.

What We Offer

We turn ideas into practical applications that are scalable and reliable, and our process is aligned with the ongoing changes in the computer science, media, and blockchain industries.

Mobile App Development

Mobile app development is the process by which a mobile app is developed for mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. As is generally the case with software development, a large number of different end devices must be taken into account when creating mobile apps

Roadmap & Strategy

A strategy roadmap describes the what and the why. An execution plan describes the how. A strategy roadmap is not a visual Gantt chart of activities with start and end dates. It describes what the organization needs to change and why the changes are necessary to achieve the strategic vision

Backend & API Development

Backend apps often include databases, but they don’t have to. They are any kind of service (data, calculations, actions, activities, events) needed to support the requirements of other applications. API is an acronym and means application programming interface. It is the interface used by an application, typically a front-end application, to communicate with a backend application.

User Centric Experiences

Being a customer-centric brand means putting your customers at the center of your business strategy. This means considering the entire customer experience in your software as well. To do this, one area that has been studied in academia is the combination of User Experience and Agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban. We try to implement current UX and HCD studies with them.

WorldClass Support

World-class customer service is a catch-all term for customer service that far exceeds customer expectations. It is a mainstay of companies that invest in comprehensive training and provide their service staff with extensive resources to promote customer loyalty and facilitate customer acquisition. Our employees attend training sessions to provide the best possible support before, during and after product developments.

Data backups

Data backup is a practice that combines techniques and solutions for efficient and cost-effective backup. Your data is copied to one or more storage locations, at set intervals. You can set up a flexible data protection operation that uses your own architecture, or you can use available Backup as a Service solutions and combine them with local storage. There are numerous TCO solutions for enterprise storage that can help you calculate costs, prevent data loss, and prevent data breaches. In addition to data backup, there is an increasing reliance on solutions that go quantum encryption such as NTRU.

Product Updates & CI/CD

Regardless of your business, the expectations of today’s modern customers are largely the same: they want a good product and efficient service. The days of annual releases with a predefined feature set delivered periodically are far behind us. Delivering customer value at the required pace requires a refined software development cycle that saves time, effort and cost wherever possible. At the heart of modern software development is Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, which enables organizations to deliver new, working functionality much sooner and more frequently than before.

Software Testing & Quality

Software testing standards help ensure that all software is tested in a consistent and effective manner, which helps improve the quality of the end product. Software testing standards are a set of guidelines that provide a framework for testing software applications. These standards help to ensure the quality of the software that is developed and tested. When selecting a software testing standard, it is important to choose one that is relevant to your organization’s needs and goals. The most important thing is that the standard you choose can be realistically implemented and followed.

BlockChain Intergration

Blockchain for Integration is a powerful technology that creates indisputable records of transactions. These can be used to streamline business processes, increase security, and strengthen trust between stakeholders. It eliminates the need for intermediary processes and ensures that transactions are fast and accurate.  Clear benefits include Increased security, Streamlining operational processes ,Ensures highest quality of goods, Transparency, Simplifies B2B communication, Creates incontestable records of transactions.

Frequently Asked Question

Who are Software Developers?

A software developer is an IT specialist, a programmer, who builds programs and IT platforms for automating work, processing large volumes of information and complicated mathematical tasks with the help of computer science

What’s the Difference Between Frontend and Backend Developers?

Front-end developers are responsible for interaction with users and for making their experience more convenient. What people see when they access a site or application is made by front-end programmers. They are also responsible for the design. Their languages are JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

Back-end developers are focused on the processes that make the software work. In other words, they deal with everything that relates to the program-administrative part of web app development, the internal content of the system and the server technologies – databases, architecture and program logic. They are also responsible for updates and mistakes correction.

How Much does a Software Developer Make a Year?

Programming involves multiple tasks managed by many specialists.

High-level specialists work on complex technical projects, monitor the implementation process at all stages, provide consultations and often have a leadership role in the workgroup. Such specialists can make about $150 000 a year.

Beginners in software development are the most likely to work as part of a support group, which mainly perform coding and debugging throughout the application development process under the supervision of higher-level specialists. Application programmers and software engineers at the beginner level make about $70 000 a year.

How to Find a Good Software Developer

To find a good specialist you need to look through candidates’ previous experience. Talking of software development in particular, the main achievements are real clients and their feedback about the applications/software solutions created by a software developer.

There are certain sites for finding freelancers in the IT sphere:

https://www.upwork.com
https://www.toptal.com/developers

However, if you’re planning a big project with complex technical requirements, a freelancer won’t the best choice. For professional execution of the whole cycle of development: from architecture to prototyping, programming, compilation, testing and online launch, you need not only an app programmer but designers and testers as well. So, the best option in this case is to choose a development agency.

Who is a Good Business Application Developer?

Business apps are multifunctional software systems designed to automate key business functions and processes. Such apps improve the daily routine of a business, reduce paperwork and improve overall management procedures.

A good business app developer is a top professional who is not only able to develop a highly functional business tool, but also to study a company's work processes, identify its strengths and weaknesses, understand what stakeholders need, and find the right solutions to business problems.

Why is UX important for business?

There are many reasons why focusing on user experience can be beneficial for businesses. Essentially, there are two factors that make user experience very important.

First, user experience can help you increase revenue.
People are impatient, so it's important to consider how you can reduce user effort to maximize the number of conversions for your product.

Second, investing in usability up front can significantly reduce costs down the road.
Preventing potential usability issues up front is far more cost-effective than fixing them later through product changes. Finally, design changes are much easier to make than development changes, and therefore less expensive.

What should we know about UX?

Here are the most important things everyone should know about UX work: UX is not (just) UI. It's a common mistake to confuse UX with UI, as if the two are the same thing. UI is the space where interactions between people and a product take place, while user experience is the emotional outcome of interactions with a product.
Design is based on an explicit understanding of users, tasks, and environments. If you want to design a product that your users will love, you need to have an idea of what your audience actually wants and needs. And that means user research should be an essential part of the UX design process.

What does Prototyping means?

Prototyping is creating a model of a product so it can be tested. Prototypes allow you to test your hypothesis before you spend time with an engineering team building the actual product. Another common mistake is to skip prototyping and instead spend a lot of time building the actual product.

Is there any standardizations for UX?

Standards and best practices are tools that UX designers rely on, and the better we listen to these standards, the better our UX capabilities. That's why the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) created a set of common user experience standards, ISO 9241-210

What is the design process?

The user experience design process is an iterative method that helps you continuously improve and refine your designs. It involves repeatedly moving through different phases, evaluating your designs at each stage. Each phase involves relevant stakeholders in your organization who participate in the process to make your products highly efficient and user-friendly.

What is user centered design?

User centered design is a process or set of tools used to design a service that focuses on user needs from the beginning and continues throughout development to launch. Typically, services are developed from a technical and business perspective, with users considered later. User-centered design, on the other hand, ensures that the service focuses on the users' needs and balances them with the technical and business requirements.
